Adrienne Wyman Kralick adds a unique "behind the easel" perspective to art history, as an accomplished portrait painter and exhibiting artist herself. Currently, she teaches oil painting at Smithsonian Studio Arts in Washington, D.C and lectures at George Mason University's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
Adrienne received her BFA from Auburn University, studying graphic design and art history.
She has taught both studio and art history subjects at the Smithsonian, the Great Falls School of Art, OLLI, and other venues Her paintings have been exhibited at numerous shows in Virginia, Maryland, and beyond, and she has also curated exhibits. Her art and articles have been published in DC-area newspapers and magazines
